A “typical day” As the Catering Coordinator your time will be spent in the field cold calling on local businesses, delivering catering orders, working in the restaurant and following up daily with each catering customer to ensure Zaxby’s delivered an indescribably good food experience!
Purpose/Function: Zaxby's Catering Coordinator will assist the Catering Director in achieving goals related to catering sales.
You’ll be responsible for the development of our catering business by identifying leads and proactively and creatively pursuing these leads to result in catering orders.
Responsibilities:
- As the Catering Coordinator will know our menu thoroughly and provide detailed attention to ensure our great food is delivered timely and accurately.
- Ensure all menu items are consistently prepared and served according to Zaxby’s standards.
- Represent the company by having a Neat Appearance, being Organized and Punctual and having a “Can Do" Attitude!
- Schedule and coordinate delivery of catering orders, making deliveries if necessary.
- Increase sales by providing a great product along with great customer service
