About this job

Direct Hire opportunity - Administrative Assistant.
Support General Manager and small team in preparation of meetings, minutes, office correspondence, and administrative support.
Setup conference call meetings, send out agenda and other information prior to call.
Type recorded minutes of conference calls and distribute.
Distribute and maintain all research proposals, protocols, etc.
Coordinate the planning of all meetings and coordinate arrangements with hotels.
Communicate all meeting arrangements, agendas and related information to all individuals attending meetings.
Maintain files.
Maintain office supplies.
Prepare email newsletter.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, emails.
Other duties as needed.
