Summary:
The Retail Store Manager is responsible to inspire your team to create opportunities to provide a superior customer experience. As the leader, you will guide and develop your associates to further their knowledge and experience into a rewarding career; developing a sales culture of teamwork and achievement. You will oversee the operations, personnel, and sales goals of the retail location, driving success and growth. As the Store Manager, you will represent the leadership of the company by promoting the goals, mission, and company core values.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage the full operation and maintenance of the retail location

• Demonstrate leadership by providing an active role on the sales floor ensuring a high quality of customer engagement

• Create a culture of teamwork, integrity, positivity, accountability, and accomplishment

• Complete operational duties, not limited to, inventory, accounting, facility request, scheduling, and data reporting functions

• Lead the district with interviewing, hiring, and training new associates

• Learn and maintain knowledge of company policy, procedure, training, and industry trends

• Set goals for associates and assist in exceeding the goals each month

• Coach and evaluate associates to determine areas of improvement and paths to advancement

• Motivate, inspire, and lead a winning sales team

• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, promote new sales, and conduct outreach to the community

• Drive sales performance to reach and exceed store goals

• Conduct regular store meetings with your team

• May act in lead role in absence of District Manager

• Communicate with District Manager for store needs and successes

• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or completed GED, college degree preferred
• 1 year of management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and weekends
• Basic computer skills, MS Office Suite knowledge preferred
• Ability to motivate, lead, and inspire
• Problem solving and timely decision making
• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week
