Maryland IFCS: The Mentor Network is seeking a Program Director to oversee community based mental health services in the Trico Region. Trico encompasses Charles County, St. Mary’s County, and Calvert County. The office is located within Charles County.
The Program Director is a critical leadership role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services and leading our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programming. The Program Director manages the day to day operations in a fast paced environment and should have a broad based knowledge of health care administration, supervisory experience, and strong clinical skills. You must have the ability to multi task, above average time management skills, and a broad knowledge of mental health practices which encompass both clinical and fiscal management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership
Manage daily operations and all service delivery components of the FCT model.
· Provide individual supervision to Family Centered Clinicians and supports the development of team supervision for staff (including, but not limited to, clinical, field and on-call supervision)
· Participate in individual and peer supervision with other leaders in the state.
· Oversee administrative staff and functions including fiscal management
· Create and implement marketing plan; develop business
· Implement program incident management protocols; ensure timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action
· Maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports.
· Maintain program compliance with Network and regulatory standards
QualificationsRequirements:
- Master's Degree in Mental Health discipline
- Maryland Licensed mental health provider (LCPC, LGSC, LCSW, LGSW, LCSW-C)
- 2+ years supervisory experience
