Job overview: Palm Beach Gardens Law Firm seeking experienced Legal Assistant to work in a solo practice. Qualified candidates should have at least 1yr of law firm background in family, probate and/or estate planning. Seeking a teammate who have skills related to all phases of the family and probate litigation process, including but not limited to: File setup, initial legal review and preparation of all documents, preparation of motions and correspondences. At a minimum a high-school degree or equivalent required; higher education degree a plus. Paralegal Studies preferred, but not necessary experience with Microsoft office, including Microsoft word, Ms excel, Internet, excellent customer service, written and oral communication expertise a must.
