Position Summary
The production operator is an entry level position responsible for various repetitive bench or line operations to mass-produce electronic assembly products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows written and/or verbal instructions and processes
Operates manufacturing equipment in accordance with correct procedures
Complies with EPA and OSHA codes and regulations; Adheres to proper safety practices in the performance of all tasks
Protects electronics components and assemblies from ESD damage through proper use of ESD protection equipment
Maintains a clean work environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must be prompt
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be able to read orders
Must be able to work well with area supervisors and all other departments in the plant
Must show good judgement when issues arise such as customer requirements, variances in raw material quality, and variances in end product quality
Must follow company rules and regulations.
Availability:
This is a 2nd Shift Position 3 Pm to finish
Must be available to work Monday thru Friday
