Positions in this
function coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring
service after an incident occurs. Monitors environment health and the
facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service
availability and continuity. This function also includes those who operate and
monitor computer and peripheral equipment. Coordinates the efforts of all
functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner. Documents all problems
(hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as
required. Interfaces with other departments as required.
Work shift is Sun-Tue from 6:30 pm to 7 am and every third Wednesday CST
Primary Responsibilities:


Monitoring of multiple distributed or mainframe
computing environments.
Ability to work within established processes &
procedures; deviation from process is undesirable.
Amend recognition, ticket
creation/assignment/escalation; ticket follow-up & resolution.
Processing of work intake requests via schedules or on
request.

Required
Qualifications:


High School Diploma/GEDAble to work Sun-Tue from 6:30 pm to 7 am and every third Wednesday CST
2+ years of experience with any of the following: AS400, UNIX or MVS Mainframe
United States Citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following
submission of Department of Defense form SF86 NAC form SF86


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with Microsoft Excel
Familiar with Scheduling and Ticketing systems


As a requirement of UnitedHealth Group’s contract with the
Department of Defense, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of
favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form
SF86, (the National Agency Check Legal and Credit or “NACLC”). Successful
completion of the NACLC process is a requirement for continued employment in
this role. NACLC processing will be initiated by our TRICARE Security Officer
post-offer, and can take 3-6 months for a final decision communication from the
Department of Defense. Candidates will be allowed to begin employment with
UnitedHealth Group in this role based on an interim clearance, and final
results will be communicated as they are received. Failure to obtain final
