Summary:
The Project Manager’s duties will vary as required to ensure the safe completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate long term planning, scheduling, and identification of issues on projects.
· Ensuring logistical support is completed timely as well as coordinating with the Superintendent on the daily and weekly direction, including subcontractors.
· Ensuring that all documentation between the company and the DOT is up to date as well as with subcontractors.
Qualifications:
· Experience of 5+ years required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera and Micro Stations
· Bachelors of Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree a plus
· 401K/Vac/Health
· EOE/DFWP
