QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years previous high-volume accounts payable experience
• Desire to learn quickly
• Ability to research problems to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Oakwood has an exciting opportunity for a Temp Accounts Payable Processor who will be responsible for processing payments of utilities and rents for our apartments across the United States. In this fast-paced and essential position, you will process large amounts of invoices on a daily basis, set up recurring payments, audit invoices for accuracy, review exception reports and research invoice discrepancies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process high volume of invoices in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of payment issued for invoices
• Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned
