Staffmark is recruiting for Wolverine Worldwide in Richmond Indiana to work in their eCommerce Department as a Merchandise Support Associate. Will be taking incoming calls with customers placing orders/assisting with orders/resolving problems with orders/shipments, working on taking returns. Could be taking up to 100 calls per day. Working out of 2 monitors at one time. Must have working knowledge in Social Media. Will be working in chat rooms/facebook/skype and instagram.
Must also be able to work 1pm-10pm either Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat.
