Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Part Time Scheduler to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
- Monitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system
- Ensure data base information is up to date with continuous data input for both CAREGiver and client schedules and other related information
- Log both client and CAREGiver phone calls, scheduling matters and any other information related to activities
- Carry out on-call duties on alternate weekends
- HS graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year prior customer service or call center experience
- Experience using Clear Care scheduling software a plus
- Prior experience with scheduling software a plus
- Senior care industry experience a plus
- Must complete a livescan fingerprint check and receive clearance to work
- Strong ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Superior organizational and time management skills
