Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Part Time Scheduler to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating and maintaining client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches
  • Monitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system
  • Ensure data base information is up to date with continuous data input for both CAREGiver and client schedules and other related information
  • Log both client and CAREGiver phone calls, scheduling matters and any other information related to activities
  • Carry out on-call duties on alternate weekends
Experience required:
  • HS graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year prior customer service or call center experience
  • Experience using Clear Care scheduling software a plus
  • Prior experience with scheduling software a plus
  • Senior care industry experience a plus
  • Must complete a livescan fingerprint check and receive clearance to work
  • Strong ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
