- Support Personal Stylist to perform all aspects of the selling process
Serve as an ambassador to the Personal Stylist program for customers and store employees - Provide a positive customer experience by accurately handling all customer orders
- Handle customer merchandise coming in and out of the department
- Assist the Personal Stylist Manager in supporting the administrative needs of the department
- Complete sales transactions at the cash register
- Handle customer requests to schedule or adjust appointments with Personal Stylists
- Process special orders and follow-up on merchandise being sent from other stores
- Set up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson
- Support team goals and build positive relationships
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
