We’re happy people with mismatching socks.  Born and bred in Michigan, but outsiders are welcome! 

TEAM Schostak is the Mothership, a multi-brand restaurant company.  Our turf is being proud members of the Bee’s Franchise Community (Applebee’s) and our restaurants are State-Wide.

• A jack of all trades capable of safely mastering the training necessary to bee a Ninja in the kitchen.
• All smooth with being where the magic happens (behind the scenes).
• A TEAM player extraordinaire who helps battle side-by-side with fellow Ninjas.
• A Professor of proper plating presentations.
• A Commander of Speed, Accuracy, and Cleanliness.
• Marvelous at explaining the expected quality and appearance of each culinary masterpiece.
• A whiz on food storage hierarchy and safety temperature danger zones.
• Can step in at any time as a Culinary Carnivore Grill Master.
• On Point with any spec or procedural changes and adapt immediately.
• Share your Talent in order to develop other BOH Ninjas.
• An excellent speller, or at least willing to wurk on it.

Friends don’t let friends work in crappy jobs where matching socks are mandated.  We can hook you up with an awesome gig where you have complete freedom over your woven foot
