Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

Looking for a dynamic self-starter to join the resource team to support Sodexo programs as an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for the Detroit area for Tenet Healthcare.  Looking for an energetic, experienced housekeeping manager to support multiple locations throughout the Detroit Region in an acute healthcare setting. Self motivated individual with a history of driving excellent operational results desired. Must be flexible in scheduling as this is a (ROS) resource position that may require you to work on different shifts depending on the need of the region at any given time. This regional operation support role (ROS) that requires flexibility with both travel and various shifts that this role will support.  Must have great organizational and time management skills and a strong understanding of our systems and programs.  Previous experience in custodial and housekeeping support is ideal to support Heathcare Environmental Services departments.  Position requires knowledge of Sodexo programs; UOS, TRAKKAR, Infection Prevention.  Experience in supervising a diverse employee population while providing excellent customer service is key to this role.  Some travel may be required to support the area, so flexibility and adaptability is key.  Preferred candidates will be have excellent customer service skills and previous housekeeping experience. This manager will place a large focus on the patient experience, customer service, and positively affecting patient satisfaction scores.   

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
