We are looking for a Retail Sales / Customer Service / Device Repair Associate

The Retail Sales / Customer Service / Device Repair Associate enjoys flexible work schedules, competitive wage, and more in a customer service oriented organization.

Provide customers with solutions, device repairs, perform battery tests and installations, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. and possess a valid driver's license (required). We provide flexible hours to accommodate a multitude of schedules.

Customer Service / Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair

• Demonstrate a customer first mentality
• Greet customers promptly, determine needs and answer questions
• Suggest sales add-ons; participate in retail sales, customer service, and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals.
• Ask questions to identify potential commercial customers
• Operate computer/cash register to complete a multitude of tasks
• Answer phones, assist callers, and ensure messages are relayed in a timely, accurate manner
• Function as a team player
• Maintain the facility, inventory, property, and customer service levels to management standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
• Adhere to safety standards
• Engage as a "can-do" retail sales / customer service team member. Proactively follow through on commitments and/or tasks needing to be performed
• Install batteries, perform tests and tech work
• Perform repairs on devices such as Smart phones, and tablets

Customer Service / Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair - Merchandising / Inventory

• Rotate and stock inventory
• Load, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of products
• Organize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearance in Retail Sales / Customer Service areas
• Maintain retail shelf label pricing
• Build displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixtures
• Prepare store for daily opening and closing

Customer Service / Retail Sales / Device Repair Associate Qualifications:

• H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior retail experience desired but not required
• Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's products, processes, point of sale, and cross reference systems
• Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus
• Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects while still maintaining excellent retail sales / customer service
• Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and or technical experience desired
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.  Required for driving positions   
• Ability to see and work with small parts within electronic devices
