Administrative Coordinator
Seeking full time Administrative Coordinator, to assist with critical, daily responsibilities
Roles will include, but not be limited to the following duties:
*Answer phones.
*Learn and assist with Payroll input.
*Problem invoice correction.
*Ordering supplies.
*Order badges or clearances for installers, when applicable.
*Assist with minor HR inquiries/ direct to Corporate HR.
*Schedule vendor events, meetings, lunches, etc.
*Pre-qualification information/forms required by customers.
*Office payables.
*Product & Product data Submittals.
*Learn and assist PC 2 with material ordering/tracking.
*Close out documents/O&M.
*Vendor claims.
*Job Closing.
*Insurance/Bond requests.
*Add materials in Order Maintenance for Sales, when necessary.
*Freight quotes.
*Match-failed for Payables-PO's.
*New Customer forms.
*New Vendor request/New Item ID request.
*Mail, UPS, Fed Ex.
*Contract scanning to Winbid/Corporate.
*Filing/Label and box Closed Job folders for storage.
*Assist location President with Safety program.

Requirements
Position Requirement:
*High School diploma, GED required
Preferred Skills:
*2 years’ experience working in an administrative role preferred.
*2 years’ experience working with Google, Excel, and Microsoft Office preferred.
*Self-managing, highly motivated,
*Excellent telephone skills.
