C.N. A – IL Community Manager
ComForCare Home Care is looking for a responsible North Carolina State Certified C N A to fill a position as a Community Manager in an Independent Living Retirement Community in Winston Salem, NC.
Job responsibilities:
- Meet and greet new residents
- Introduce our agency and explain services we offer to help residents maintain their independence
- Someone who is outgoing/proactive
- Able to communicate and interact with residents
- Coordinate services with clients and family members
- Have an eye for detail
- Oversee and provide services to clients
- Follow facility and agency policies & procedures
- Communicate client conditions with agency Registered Nurse Supervisor on a daily basis
- Be available to clients and caregivers 24/7 via phone
Job requirements:
- Must currently have a NC State CNA Certification
- Valid NC Driver License
- Personal reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- TB skin test w/Negative reading
- Consent to Criminal Background Check
- Consent to drug testing
- Documentable stable work history
- Prior experience in office and/or scheduling would be a plus
