RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for personable, hard working, and versatile individuals to be a part of our team. Our ToppSalad Team will work together under the guidance of ownership and management to drive sales and create a memorable guest experience. They will also need to uphold the high standards of our ToppSalad restaurant and commit themselves to the ideals and principles on which this company is built (Creativity + Integrity + Service). Candidates should be able to do the following:
• Communicate effectively
• Handle large a large amount of sales volume while keeping the
food to the high standards expected of ToppSalad
• Embody the core principles of the ToppSalad brand (Creativity + Integrity + Service)
• Handle financial transactions and input orders into computer system
• Build a passion and following for the ToppSalad brand
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
