Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Retrieves, analyzes and presents data with particular attention to timeliness and accuracy
• Develops and implements tools and analysis that assists management with strategy
• Utilizes merchandising and order management systems for analysis and research
• Develops and maintains performance measurement analyses
• Streamlines current reports and analyses through automation tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years progressive analytical experience in supply chain, merchandising/marketing/finance and/or accounting
• Advanced PC skills using Access, Excel, Cognos
• Extremely customer service oriented.
• Minimum of five years inventory control, finance, purchasing, or merchandising experience
• Advanced analytical skills
• Fundamental knowledge of PC applications including databases
• Strong communication skills
• Analytic skills, data mining and quantitative techniques
• Basic knowledge of Mathematical / Statistical modeling
• Basic in Supply Chain Operations, methods and procedures
• Basic in Mathematical / Statistical Modeling. Utilize data mining results to develop feasible solution alternative
• Sound capability of developing data-driven solution recommendations
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and optimization is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office including Access, and Excel
• Familiar working with Business Intelligence reporting applications
