Full Time Managers needed for several South Metro Papa Murphy's Locations (Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, Castle Rock and Aurora)

 

Requirements

We are a locally owned, multi-store, Papa Murphy's franchisee in the South Denver Metro Area that believes it is an honor to serve our communities by finding the highest quality employees and treating them right by offering flexible scheduling, a clean/positive work environment, competitive wages with bonus programs, a clear path to advancement, and paid professional development training. Currently, we are seeking Managers for our stores in Aurora, Parker, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Castle Rock.

 

Some of the Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for complete store oversight, including but not limited to profitability, human resources, and community involvement.

Skilled and knowledgeable in food service duties and responsibilities including efficient and cost effective operation of the store.

Ensure Papa Murphy's and local health department standards food safety standards are met.

Responsible for:

- Inventory ordering and rotation to Papa Murphy's standards and achieving COGS targets.

- Recruiting, interviewing and staffing store with adequate levels of qualified team members, conducting orientations, training, performance evaluations and dealing with corrective disciplinary action of store team members while achieving labor targets.

- Monitoring cash procedures in the store and ensuring accuracy of bank deposits, cash drawers, and justifies all cash variances, strictly adhering to the PMI Cash Handling and Deposit Agreement.

- Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of team members. Complete and post the weekly schedules for team members two weeks in advance.

Manage front of the house, cashier, and counter person stations, and ensuring that pizzas are assembled to Papa Murphy's 'Perfect Pizza' standard and customer service times are maintained.

Manage back of the house food prep to Papa Murphy's quality and time standards.

Accurately project sales and recognize sales trends to insure accurate production levels of product.

Responsible to prepare daily paperwork and POS analysis and communicate status of the store with problems and opportunities to the General Manager and accounting department.

Responsible to be at the store in full uniform and ready to begin work at scheduled time, and work 45 hours per week.

Maintains a professional appearance at all times by wearing clean and wrinkle-free Papa Murphy's uniform and ensures that all team members maintain the same image.

 

Required Qualifications:

Education: At least High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

 

Skills, and Abilities:

 

Must be able to pass criminal background check.

Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership.

Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various customer complaints with ease.

Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and POS.

Must be able to stand on a hard surface for long periods of time.

Able to regularly lift and/or move 25-30 pounds.

Requires good written and oral communication skills.

Requires basic math skills, including weights and measurements along with knowledge of store financials, food cost analysis, labor cost analysis and other financial information relative to store operations.

Must have reliable transportation available. Requires flexibility to cover shifts in the event of absent employees.
