Customer Service Management 

What to Expect:

  • Playing a key support role in all areas of marketing, advertising, sales & business management, you can expect a rewarding and stimulating experience working with some of the largest brand names in the retail industry! The position will be focused on field operations developed to help clients build their brands and consumer base in the local market.
  • This position will provide college graduates and interns with an introductory experience into the advertising, sales, marketing and business development industry through learning practical sales experience, hands on training and mentorship, as well as special consideration for future full time employment opportunities.
  • School credit is applicable where required and references may be furnished upon successful completion of the program.
  • Full time and Part time internships and entry-level recent graduate opportunities are available, each with a competitive compensation structure.

 

This marketing, advertising and business development/management role operates under the direction of a Market Manager, as well as a designated mentor to enhance the overall business exposure of the entry-level employee. The recent graduate and/or intern will support and coordinate sales initiatives of the team in a retail environment to promote a client’s brand and expand its consumer base. Full training is provided in all aspects of retail compliance, sales strategy, marketing techniques, business acquisition and development and customer service interactions.

 

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Attendance to sales and marketing company meetings
  • Interacting with customers during marketing events and on-site business initiatives
  • Tracking and maintaining consumer data
  • Campaign analysis and goal setting

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate (BA/BS degree from an accredited university is an asset)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, personable, strong ability to engage with others face to face
  • Experience in sales/marketing/retail or restaurant industries preferred
  • Natural leadership ability a plus
  • Team Player with a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • To be considered for Part Time Internship, you must be able to work at least 3-4 days per week.

 

The ideal candidate will successfully progress from this Entry Level Promotions Associate opening into an advanced management training program designed to prepare team members for a management role in one of the many aspects of promotional marketing including, but not limited to:
