Outside Plant Permit Data Collection Tech. (South West Houston)
Compensation: Pay is depending on experience $15
***IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY***
Our Client, a leading communications provider in the greater Houston area, has an exciting opportunity for an Outside Plant Fiber Permit Data Collection Technician with experience in securing associated public ROW permits for fiber optic network construction. Primary responsibilities include data collection for permitting applications for new construction of fiber-optic facilities both aerial and underground. Experience securing information for Pole Attachments, Municipal Permits, Bore Profiles, Bridge Attachment Permits, and TXDOT Permits is required. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, as well as opportunity for advancement. Background and drug screen are required.
Determining fiber routes
Design and completion of construction plans
Complete permitting applications for new construction of fiber optic facilities, both aerial and underground
Responsible for obtaining the appropriate attachment heights for pole permit applications
Responsible for participating in and conducting field meetings with joint, public, or private utility operators
Produce documents and maps for ROW underground construction
Additional duties as assigned
