Pay Rate
Up to $13.00 per hour. As an employee of Integrity Staffing you may also be eligible for medical and dental benefits.

Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options might include part time shifts, day shifts and night shifts and may change without notice.

Job Duration
Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Target Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client's business needs which can change.

General Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for one or more function to include accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping and return of product to meet company standards of safety, security and productivity. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for operating the pallet jack for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receiving: Unload product from inbound trailers, palletize for storage in the warehouse and enter product information into the warehouse computer system.
• Product Preparation: Identify, sort, and re-package product for individual handling
• Inventory Control: check and maintain storage location (carton count) accuracy in the warehouse using the warehouse management system.
• Product Stocking/Picking of Pallets: Locate and move pallets of merchandise to and from storage locations. Update warehouse management system as work is performed.
• Product Stock: Place individual cartons in location specified on the carton label
• Product Select: Identify and select individual products by following the sequential order of pick tickets
• Product Inducting: Manually unload cartons/merchandise from pallets and totes and place them on a mechanized conveyor system.
• Product Packing: Match individual products to pack slips and pack outer cartons in a way that ensures a quality guest experience.
• Product Shipping: Manually unload cartons from a conveyor and then hand stacks them into an outbound trailer.
• Operation support: Perform printer ribbon changes, change batteries for powered equipment, replace light bulbs, clean cameras, and support 5S programs.
• Equipment Operation: Operate power equipment (i.e. fork lift, order picker, sweepers/scrubbers, etc.) to complete the above tasks in a safe manner


Education/Experience
1. Experience with and ability to operate the electric pallet jack.
2. Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.
3. Strong sense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Customer service driven
7. Strong team player

Physical/Cognitive Requirements
With or without accommodation:

• Cheerful and helpful attitude towards customers/guests
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs throughout a shift
• Accurately perform basic math skills
• Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
• Able to operate all power equipment safely

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
