Pay Rate

Up to $10.00 per hour. As an employee of Integrity Staffing you may also be eligible for medical and dental benefits.

Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options might include part time shifts, day shifts and night shifts and may change without notice.

Job Duration
Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Innotrac Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client's business needs which can change.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently hiring for the following positions:

IC/QA
Returns Associate
Slotter
Wave Coordinator
Picker/Packer
Putaway Associate
Receiving

These positions are general labor positions within the fulfillment center that reports to an outbound supervisor and/or manager. The primary functions of the associates include all tasks that help ensure product reaches our consumer. Depending upon the positon, tasks may include picking, packing, qiality control, gift wrap and loading trucks. All driver positions at Innotrac require prior height intensive PIT experience. Applicants for driver positions should be prepared to have experience operating an order picker up to 40 feet in the air.

• Ability to correctly and consistently pick from locations.
• Ability to perform a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to appropriately select and package products to prevent damage in transit.
• Ability to verify correct items and quantities.
• Ability to label product.
• Ensure quality of outgoing orders.
• Ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Ability to accurately verify the work of others.
• Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work overtime as deemed necessary by management.
• Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to insure an efficient, safe and hazard free production environment.
• Assist other members of the FC team, in any way possible, as determined by FC management and supervisors.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety and security.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and changes in procedures.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must adhere to facility requirements regarding the handling of specific products and the reporting of illness. This includes personal hygiene standards, such as frequent hand washing, the storage of lunches / personal items, food in the work area and the wearing of clothes that are free from soil contaminants and holes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Walk to and from warehouse and office sites

Stand for extended periods of time

Occasionally required to sit for meetings and desk work

Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds to aid operations

Have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
