The leader in the fast lube industry, is looking for a Service Specialist.

The Service Specialist is a first level manager who helps the Assistant and Store Manager in daily store operations. We’re looking for those who have demonstrated success in retail, restaurant, or fast lube operations. Many of our Service Specialists grow into either the Assistant Manager or Store Manager Positions. 

This is not a desk job. Our Service Specialists greet clients, change oil, and conduct other preventive maintenance services on vehicles as requested by our clients. In addition, this person will open and/or close the store, and be responsible for other management duties as needed by the manager on duty. 

The right applicant will have reliable transportation, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong people and interpersonal skills, ability to coach, lead, develop and motivate associates, ability to maintain a positive attitude.
