Transportation Driver Nationwide Hotel & Conference

The Nationwide  Hotel and Conference Center located in Lewis Center, Ohio has an immediate opening for a Transportation Driver. It is the primary focus of this department to consistently provide exceptional guest service while transporting guests in a safe manner during their stay. Must have a Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Transports guest to/from airport and surrounding locations as needed.
• Provides guests with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
• Ensures guest luggage/baggage is properly tagged and secured.
• Operates the shuttle in a courteous manner, ensuring the safety of the guest.
• Assist incoming and outgoing guests by transporting luggage/baggage to and from the guest rooms. 
• Explain and promote the hotel facilities, outlets and other services to the guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrance, driveway and vehicles.
• Must be able to work on your feet (standing, walking, climbing) for entire shift while enduring the elements - this could include extreme heat/cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.
