As a part of VAS (Value Added Services) the Fulfillment Clerk performs administrative/clerical support functions including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, copying, faxing, setting up files.
Receiving reports from SharePoint site for requests from internal staff to fulfill items
Pulling items for shipment
Use of excel to log and track fulfillment
Prepare UPS shipping
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Mail Clerk or Shipping/Receiving experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Experience utilizing MS Excel and Outlook
Preferred Assets:
SharePoint experience a plus
Soft Skills:
Familiarity with conducting web searches
