A Construction Company is currently seeking multiple production helpers to join their team on 1st and 2nd shift in both their Hatfield and Souderton area locations!

Job Qualifications:
- General Labor or Construction Experience Preferred
- Abiliity to Lift & Maneuver 50lbs.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to Read a Tape Measure Preferred
Job Description:
- You will be working in different locations throughout the facility.
- You will be responsible for taking cut lumber products and stacking the pieces on carts for the assembly department.
- These materials must be stacked properly to ensure the assembly process runs smoothly.
- You will be responsible for working off of blue prints & drawings to set up the large assembly tables for production
- Placing steel plates on all seams of the trusses to ensure the joints are secured properly
- You will be responsible for handling a framing hammer.
Additional Information:
- 1st Shift Hours: 7:00AM to 4:00PM (OT Available)
- 2nd Shift Hours: 12:00PM to 8:30PM (Limited OT)
- Must be flexible with start times as they may change throughout the year, depending on the season.
- Must be willing to work both inside and outside at times.
