Position Overview:
Pay: $14/hr
Job Description: The primary responsibilities of a Warehouse Clerk include ensuring proper rotation and maintenance of inventory, backing up purchasing coordinator and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Liaison between the patient and others encountered within the scope of the job. Gather supplies/equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment/delivery. Responsibility for all shipments via UPS, Federal Express, and couriers. Inventory control including purchasing, receiving, stocking and record keeping.
Work Environment:
Monday through Friday 9:00-5:30 with possible OT depending on work load
Required Experience:
*Ability to pick/pack patient home infusion supplies; manage patient deliveries; set up UPS services; manage courier services; restock shelves with supplies, general warehouse duties, must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. *Experience working in a medical warehouse or other healthcare setting. * Minimum 1 year warehouse experience. * Minimum 1 year customer service experience. * Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone. Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
