Currently hiring for customer service representatives:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a support system for the sales team by doing outbound dialing to collect information and act as the overflow for inbound sales calls.
- Call current customers to screen and transfer qualified customers to appropriate licensed representatives within sales unit.
- Calling individuals regarding their loan forms
- Calling people regarding their accounts
- Making outbound 50 to 100 outbound calls to borrowers
- Assisting the Loan Officer by collecting preliminary information from the borrower, specifically if call volume is very high and there are no loan officers available.
- Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. (This means make sure they are following their QA checks on every phone call).
- Checking progress of files if people call in and making outbound calls to clients to communicate time frames
- Contacting current and potential mortgage borrowers and informing them of new rates and additional information
Hours:
- M-F 12p-9pm or 1p-10p
- Every Saturday 9a-6p - you will have 1 day off during the week
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years in customer service
