About this job

As a Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant at 1 Source Products you will serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. You will also support sales and marketing managers by tracking, investigating, and resolving problems. As well as assisting in Sales functions, making reports, product support, making graphs, and sending out mail.

Tasks done on a daily basis:

- Print out online orders

- Make labels using UPS or USPS system

- Send out mail - Answer the phones

- Transfer calls

- Record all data needed in systems

- Keep all forms updated

- Assist sales with sending out samples

Qualifications: Excel, Word, Publisher, Quick Books (willing to train), and a car (running errands from time to time)

The person we are looking for needs to be upbeat, eager to work, maintain database, clean, positive energy, urgency, and willing to help customers.
