Customer Service Representative/Data Entry - Full-time / Part-time

I have a Client located in Davie that is looking for two customer service reps to join their growing team. Some of their responsibilities will include:

• Answer customer call center inquiries.
• Respond to 20 plus chats per hour.
• Obtain and verify customer information.
• Complete and document all transactions in company data base.
• Works directly with customers providing information in regards to customer inquiries relating to membership and products. (50-60 calls per day)
• Develops customer relationships over the phone
• Act as a guide-coach to field members
• Maintains responsibility for continuously updating knowledge of products and different promotions being offered
• Ability to handle/respond to customer issues while continuing to building customer relationships
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate with internal department personnel to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain responsibility for communicating with customer at each touch point of the inquiry process; from start to finish.
• Participate in conventions (typically 3 times a year/ may be some travel).

Qualifications:

• This candidate must have at least 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• They must be able to type at least 45 WPM (Tested).
• They also must be able to pass a 9th grade level math and writing/grammar test.
• They also must have experience with being on the phones (50-60 calls per day)
• HS DIPLOMA REQUIRED
