Electrician

Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery, mechanical, and electrical equipment, by using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing equipment in a timely and cost efficient manner. Inspects and tests electrical lighting, signals, power circuits and examines mechanical equipment to diagnose problems. Dismantles electrical machinery and replaces defective electrical and mechanical parts such as gears, brushes, and armatures. Mounts motors, transformers and lighting fixtures into position and completes circuits according to diagram specifications.

Qualifications:

- A High School Diploma or GED required. An Electrician license required.

- Minimum of 5 years Maintenance experience required. Electrical/electronic maintenance with experience and/or education in programmable logic controllers(PLC), variable speed drives and motor controls preferred.

- Robotic maintenance training desirable.

- Must be able to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, etc. Some standing, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling.

- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds. Forklift certification preferred.

- Must project a cooperative and positive attitude toward customers, employees and the Company.

- Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as required to meet schedules.

- Must comply with all environmental, quality and safety rules, practices and standards.

Salary of $18 -23 per hour. Must be able to work any shift!
