Responsibilities of Position:
-Will be spending 8 hours on the phone every day
-Will be spending 8 hours a day on the phones and emailing with companies clients
-Must be professional, accurate & build a good rapport with customers
-Will have to be very flexible - open to continuous change
-Will be fielding on average 25 - 30 calls/day, where call volume will increase over time. Average calls will last 7.5 minutes. (Seasoned reps will field 60-100 calls/day during busy season.) Wrap up time is 60 seconds after the call. They will have calls waiting in queue.
