Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining production equipment to maximize production and run time. Machinery could include cnc machines, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors. They will be working from drawings, schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions. Performing scheduled preventative maintenance is also a function of the job.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Currently our maintenance team is working 50-60 hours including weekends when needed. There will be a meeting during shift overlaps to discuss what was completed and what still needs to get completed on the next shift. Any hours worked after 40 is paid time and a half.

Pay starts between $18-$24/hour. Pay will be based on experience, skill and ability. Our benefits are also "second to none" in the Findlay and Lima area.

Currently there are openings on 2nd and 3rd shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED. Journeyman card or associates degree or certificate is a bonus.

Must be able to troubleshoot electrical systems and motors (up to 480v) with a multimeter. Ability to read PLC ladder logic (no programming or writing needed) is a bonus and will result in a higher pay rate.
