Job Requirements - Weekly travel throughout the Territory (at least 3 weeks a month) - Achieve high numbers in sales of Tayse products - Increase business and sales for existing accounts and develop new accounts - Identify and develop nontraditional opportunities for sales, as well as maintain lasting relationships with customers - Attend Las Vegas and High Point Markets twice a year - Assist in Customer Service department in order processing and procedures of your accounts - Send in weekly updates and notes on accounts visited and progress of your territory - Communicate with Regional and National Sales Managers about personal sales and accounts in your territory

Qualifications: Ability to learn and know Tayse products well Ability to develop rapport with customers and maintain strong working relationships Pursues work with a high level of energy and drive Possess a competitive spirit, while also working on a team to drive the sales of the company Highly productive and make good use of time Possess ability to plan out week long sales trips away from home Sets high expectations, Drives performance towards outstanding results Capable negotiator Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs, and desires Report to Regional sales manager who will work closely with you to train you and help you to achieve your goals High School diploma required, higher education is a plus Prior sales experience helpful to your success, but not required Skilled in MS Office tools and email Always maintain a professional appearance while representing Tayse
