Inside Sales Representative - Staffing

Function: Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit and net profit.

What is the basic purpose of the job?
  • To generate temporary service/Direct hire sales by developing new client relationships.
  • To meet predefined goals in the areas of sales, gross margin and profit.
  • To introduce and foster a relationship with the new client order placer and the inside team.
  • To maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.
  • Critical skills, experience and personality traits needed for the job.
Responsibilities:
  • Result driven sales professional
  • Contact private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services
  • Must have the ability to make large number of calls on a daily basis.
  • Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to customers
  • Ability to think on your feet and a quick learner
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm each and every day
  • Proven record of attendance and team player
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade existing customers to take advantage of the many benefits of our program(s)
  • Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English & Spanish!
  • Experience in HR, Staffing and/or Recruiting is a PLUS!
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and in person
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of correct grammar
  • Position requires the ability to interface with people in a positive manner.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers.
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: $30k - $40k + Commission

Flexible Hours & Schedule (Part time or Full time)
