As an Assistant Store Manager you will:

• Work closely with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training the next enthusiastic team members
• Go above and beyond customer expectations to ensure they a great shopping experience
• Assist in assigning tasks such as ringing up sales on cash register, and handling money for products sold

To do this job well, you’ll need:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Computer experience
• Availability to work on weekends or holidays
• Ability to thrive under minimum supervision
• A knack for being confident, passionate, and informed
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail, sales, or hospitality management experience
