As Aaron's Treasury Management Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in the monthly Treasury Management close process. Your position will report directly to Treasury Manager and provide support for the VP as well as other key management in the Treasury and Accounting departments. Job Duties

Reconcile Daily/Monthly HomeSmart Depository & Credit Card transactions

Prepare and Execute Monthly Bank Reconciliations.

Reconcile Daily/Monthly Disbursement Accounts

Prepares and/or assists with Month-End Closing Processes and Journal Entries.

Promotes teamwork by backing up other team members as needed.

Assists with Special Projects when required.

Position Requirements

0-2 years of previous Accounting experience required (Treasury/Cash Management experience preferred)

Bachelor's Degree – Accounting or Finance required

Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook

Knowledge of General Accounting and Reconciliation Procedures

General Ledger knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task
