Manager - Treasury * The Wendy's Company, Dublin, OH

Overview

Reporting directly to the Vice President and Treasurer ofThe Wendy's Company, the Manager - Treasury will manage Wendy's global capitalmarkets, cash, and investment functions; and provide support for non-cash consumerpayment functions.

Supporting responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead, manage, coach and mentor a team of two high performing Sr. Treasury Analysts in the delivery of cost-effective and secure value-added Treasury services and programs, Treasury subject matter expertise and consulting services, and world class Treasury customer service to both internal and external customers.
2. Manage global cash functions, e.g.: cash positioning, cash reporting, cash forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX trades and hedging, bank account setup and maintenance, and FBAR reporting.
3. Manage global debt, equity and investments, e.g.: whole-business securitization, letters of credit, bonds, interest rate hedging, reporting and compliance, cash and equity investment portfolio management, share repurchases (including 10b-18, 10b5-1, ASR, and Dutch Tender), and dividend payments.
4. Develop and maintain bank, rating agency, and other key vendor relationships.
5. Create and maintain Treasury policies and procedures, e.g.: SOX compliance, disaster recovery, and key policy documents (including hedging, EFT, investment, and bank documentation).
6. Support Manager of Non-Cash Payments with financial and other analysis on consumer credit, debit, and gift card payments as well as emerging payment types such as mobile payments. Opportunity to learn non-cash payments strategy over time.
7. Serve as Treasury subject matter expert by providing advice and support to the business on all Treasury matters. Key business partners include Accounting, Tax and International.
8. Represent Wendy's Treasury at conferences, meetings, and on committees.
9. Lead Treasury process improvement efforts and other projects.
