Assistant Restaurant Manager

Visit FreddysUSA.com to learn more.  We are excited to announce, that we are looking to hire an Assistant Manager for our existing Branson, MO location.  In addition, we are eager to broadcast our rapid expansion and growth within the North West Arkansas and Southern Missouri regions.  We know that great people are what make our operation successful, which is why we are looking to invest in our team before the doors are even open! 

Currently, we are looking for individuals who are ready to work in an exciting, fast paced, high volume, team oriented atmosphere.  Freddy's is seeking potential Assistant Managers who are passionate about their work, intellectually curious, fast learners, and able to move quickly and deliver results, all while focusing on a high level of guest hospitality.  You will be expected to provide outstanding leadership to the team, inspiring others by coaching, counseling, motivating, and rewarding performance.   Assistant Managers shall play a big role in all day-to-day operations--hiring, scheduling, in-store training program, ordering, labor control as well as long term team building and store development.

Job Requirements
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, with responsibility for financial results
  • Have the ability to create a GREAT work environment 
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts and weekends 
  • Be able to travel out of town for training (all expenses paid) 
  • Displays a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and staff
  • Maintains a sense of urgency at all times
  • Basic understanding of financials

  • Practices and trains the team of the Freddy’s standards of quality, timeliness and service

  • Energetic and holds proper level of urgency and intensity
  • Organized and manages time efficiently
  • Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and criticism
  • Situational leadership; expect the unexpected but always pleases the guest
  • Ability to foresee and correct mistakes before they occur
  • Corrects operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest
  • Majority of job responsibilities will be performed on restaurant floor
  • Constantly coaching the team on the spot
  • Reduces waste, controls labor, improves operational efficiencies
  • Motivation of staff, always team building
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
  • Continued development of current Vendor relations
  • Knowledge of utilizing spreadsheet tools and reports
  • On occasion the ability to schedule staff according to sales volume
  • Conduct food orders according to set Par levels
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and promote the team
  • Always demonstrates HOSPITALITY to the fullest and empowers staff to always practice
  • Displays a full service restaurant mentality

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • No visible tattoos, facial hair or piercings in the tongue, lip or nose
  • Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
  • Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and guest needs
  • Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, occasional use of a ladder etc…
