Customer Service Representative / Alarm Monitoring Operators - Full-time

Securall Monitoring Corporation, locally owned alarm-monitoring company is currently expanding its customer base. Opportunity for Customer Service Representatives/Alarm Monitoring Operators to work in our Brick Twp, NJ location. Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude that are willing to be flexible for an opportunity in one of our three shifts. Our representatives will be communicating with our alarm installers and their residential and commercial customers while dispatching police, fire, and medical agencies.

Preferred list of Applicant's will have the following:

• Degree or currently enrolled in an Associate's of Applied Science in Criminal Justice with most current transcript or
• Basic Telecommunicator (BTC) or Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certificated.
• Previous Central Station Experience

Available Shifts: Night and Evening positions preferred

Full-Time 7-3pm AND 3pm-11pm - Must be available to work weekends and holiday shifts. Weekends are a requirement of the position.
