Maintenance Technician

Cleveland East Side Facility is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. This company processes over a billion parts annually with a great turn around time to customers. We are seeking motivated candidates that strive on providing a quality product to customers.

Duties Include:

          Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and   applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.

         Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for             defects.

         Install repaired equipment in various setting.

         Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems.

         Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems.

         Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation     procedures.

         Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.

         Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.

Requirements Include:

         Past welding/fabricating skills dealing with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and piping.

         Strong electrical background

         Management potential

         Must be able to work overtime as needed

         Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team

         Prescreening testing is required

         High school diploma or equivalent required
