About this job

Naperville, IL company seeks Call Center/Customer Service Representatives.

 

         Training is 8AM-5PM for the first 2-3 days and after training, shift will either be 8AM-4PM, 9:30AM-6PM or 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.

         Candidates must be flexible to work any of these shifts.

 

Duties include:

         Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction

         Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times

         Process orders received via fax, e-mail and phone

         Process pick tickets through the ERP system

         Adhere to all procedures and work instructions

         Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and service in a courteous manner

         Set-up customer accounts and customer files

 

Requirements include:

         Call center experience

         Able to assist with multiple projects in a fast paced office

         Capable of working inbound and outbound calls as well as filing and data entry

         Strong customer service, interpersonal and decision making skills

         Able to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively

         Have basic knowledge of Word, Excel and inventory management
