We are looking for General Managers to join our team and we want to talk to you!  Have you always wanted to learn how to run a restaurant and grow within the industry?  At Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best!

 We would like to hire in an existing managing employee hourly and groom them to be our next store General Manager.  Our typical GM salary is around $45,000+. We will only interview exisiting managers who know how to do inventory, run shifts, and are able to complete a background check.

 A one to two week training in Charlotte, NC will be required.

The restaurant  Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.

 Qualifications:

•2 years restaurant management experience

•ServSafe Certification required

•Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards· Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives

•Consistently developing new business and growing the operation

•Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts
