WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Temporary Graphic Designer to join the Packaging Team to concept, design, and build product package files. The successful candidate will be able to quickly process project objectives, take creative direction, and partner with various functional groups to create impactful and brand appropriate designs. This role relies heavily on creative problem solving, design restraint, and the ability to translate 2D ideas into 3D packages. Responsibilities include: Conceptual structure design/documentation, Application of graphics and copy within die-lines, Partnering with copywriter, Preparation of presentations, and File organization.
This temporary position will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week through the end of 2016.

Experience, Education & Skills
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-3 years of advanced graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (primarily Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Photoshop)
- Ability to conceptualize multiple creative packaging options
- Focused ability to manage multiple projects and perform in a rapid creative environment
- Work toward the balance between fiscal responsibility and brand integrity
- A positive attitude and a flexible demeanor that enriches the team dynamic
- Professional, team player with strong interpersonal skills for collaborating within a creative team
