Compensation varies based on which client account you represent. All have an hourly salary with many also having performance-based incentives. Many of our accounts are open 7 days a week from 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Some accounts are M-F only, and most have shortened weekend hours.
All positions are full-time, 30+ hours per week with benefits and paid time off.

The Skills and Experience that will help you succeed include:
- High school diploma preferred, college is a plus.
- Typing 30 wpm
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications
- 6 - 12 months experience in a customer support environment is preferred
- Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer
- Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle and respond to inbound phone calls
- Research and resolve inquiries verbally, in writing, or on-line.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals.
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
- Assist prospective customers with all processes in connection with the Operations teams
- Demonstrate the ability to create, add, edit and troubleshoot within the client system.
- Maintain acceptable levels of discretion, teamwork and commitment, endeavoring to exceed expectations in all.
