DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes effective connections with a variety of customers while maintaining an awareness of the sales floor to help multiple customers
- Possesses strong selling skills, anticipating the needs of customers and then implementing the appropriate action or solution
- Actively works to improve product knowledge and shares information with customers and the store team
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of and actively supports inventory accuracy
- Provides exceptional service to our customers and meeting or exceeding company goals and objectives
