Assistant to President - Wholesale Apparel

NYC Based - $40,000

- 2+ yrs Wholesale experience required
- Wholesale Interns, Assistant Sales, Buyer, Planning and/or Customer Service will be considered
- Knowledge of retail math required
- Excel is key - WILL BE TESTED
- Must be very proficient with formulas, linking sheets, V lookup

- Assist President with Retail Accounts:
- Accounts include L&T, Nordstrom's, Dillard's, Amazon.com, Kohl's
- Communicate with retailers, sales representatives and warehouse
- Verify Orders - confirm PO's; price, units, style #s
- Track shipping, distribution, deliveries and inventory
- Complete & Distribute Weekly Selling Reports by Account by Brand
- Access portals, generates retailer selling reports and correlate online selling information
- Track EDI, Hold for Confirmation report
- Work directly with assistant buyers
- Attend appointments in market
- Update, manage and spearhead social media 
- Create product descriptions and partner with marketing for e-commerce retailers
- Work with PR team; pull editorial samples, and
- Keep track of all advertising and editorial credits in a portfolio
- Assist with tradeshows and special event
