We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
MAJOR FUNCTION:
To carry out the work required to repair, maintain, and improve the restaurant’s equipment, building, and grounds to ensure our guests receive an excellent experience. To train and oversee subordinates at the restaurant level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has completed the interviewing and onboarding process.
- Is eligible to work in the U.S.
- Possesses a positive, helping attitude.
- Follows all company rules and policies.
- Has a driver license and clean driving record.
- Has good communication skills.
- Has basic mechanical skills.
- Is self-motivated and has the ability to work well independently.
- Shows strong time management skills
- Must be able to perform all maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, kitchen equipment, with knowledge of or ability to learn HVAC
- Knowledge of general construction applications
- Ability to lead a team of maintenance personnel

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, building and grounds
- Controls expenses by properly maintaining equipment
- Makes repairs to equipment, building and grounds
- Safely operates common hand tools and machine tools
- Adheres to all safety codes
- Troubleshoot and/or repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliances, and HVAC
- Communicates with restaurant teams on posted repair log
- Trains restaurant teams on proper equipment maintenance and care
- Completes tasks in a timely manner to ensure little to no effect on guest service
- Work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends with 24 hour on call status
